There is your crowd pleaser vanilla tea, mostly flavoured with artificial vanillin, and there is our glorious super creamy Bourbon Vanilla Apex tea made with premium Bourbon vanilla bean.
Originating from Madagascar, it was natural as a perfumer and tea brand owner to strive for the ultimate vanilla tea experience for enthusiasts.
In addition to paying homage to my homeland, as I mentioned in my bio, I want to emphasize that I grew up drinking our authentic vanilla tea. At home, vanilla tea was our local chai tea with just one spice, vanilla, the "Bourbon vanilla", the benchmark for excellence among vanilla varieties.

We wanted to create a vanilla tea blend that mirrors the flavours of the traditional Malagasy tea, reminiscent of a classic English breakfast tea type, as export of Malagasy tea it limited due to its niche and small-scale production. Thus, we created a comparable rich combination by mixing Turkish and English breakfast blends made from Assam, Ceylon, and Kenyan black tea.
I scented it with Grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and in-house Bourbon vanilla extract produced in Toronto, to coat each leaf with vanilla notes and achieve a bold and strong vanilla yet refined and heart-warming buttery calming aroma.
This creamy and smooth organic vanilla tea is definitely not your regular crowd pleaser, so give it a try and let yourself be transported to another time and place.

Base: Special English breakfast blend (Turkish, Assam, Ceylon, Kenya) black tea
Essential oil accord: Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and powder (Grade A), in-house Bourbon vanilla bean extract (Grade A) produced in Toronto, natural biovanillin, natural vanillin ex-clove.
Botanical inclusions: Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans pieces.

How-to
How-to
Steeping: Add 0.5 teaspoon of tea per cup in filtered boiled water (96°C / 205°F) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
How to: Add milk or dairy-free milk for a chai latte, a bit of our vanilla sugar for an extra vanilla kick, some honey, or any sweetener of your choice or drink it unsweetened. Top it with our Saffron confettea to enhance the safronney taste and make it fun and crunchier. You can also make an iced chai latte. For a dairy-free experience, we recommended to steep your tea for no more than 3 minutes.
