As an addition of our rooibos Superior Vanilla tea, we have created a fruity version with fig.

From Turkey to modern times in California, this product has been recognized in various regions of the world for its nutritional and medicinal properties, making it a significant part of both food and folk medicine.

We've blended rooibos Superior with blissfully aromatic Bourbon vanilla, dried figs from Turkey, greek currant raisins, Californian almond slices, and drops of yellow citrus. The addition of Grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and in-house Bourbon vanilla extract brings a creamy face to this jammy concentrated dried fruit-like vanilla fig tea with a tangy side, like no other.

Enjoy this satisfying caramelic berries fig gourmand dessert-like rooibos tea with slightly woody backnotes, after lunch or in the afternoon.

Essential oil and flavour accord: Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and powder (Grade A), in-house Bourbon vanilla bean extract (Grade A) produced in Toronto, natural biovanillin, natural vanillin ex-clove, organic natural fig and berries flavour blend, Italian orange and clementine essential oils.
Botanical inclusions: Organic Turkish fig pieces, organic Greece currant raisins, organic California almond slices, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans pieces, Egyptian calendula petals. 

Vegan, no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Steeping: Add 0.5 teaspoon of tea per cup in filtered boiled water (212°F) and steep for 8 minutes. Strain with a very fine mesh strainer to avoid fine debris or a tea filter bag.

Uses: Add milk for a creamy fruity rooibos latte or enjoy unsweetened or dairy-free. You can also enhance its notes with our saffron sugar, some honey or drink it hot or iced with berries, orange slices, hibiscus, lavender or rose flower petals.

Your vanilla fig rooibos will wonderfully accompany pastries, cookies, dark chocolate. Or appreciate it with a fig roll for an even more full gourmet fig experience or bring its tangy spicy notes with a slice of cinnamon or orange cake.
